This website, milostcakes.in, is owned and operated by Milost. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Milost.
Please take the time to carefully read these Terms and Conditions prior to accessing or using our website. By accessing or utilizing any part of our site, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service offerings at any time without prior notice. Access to some or all parts of our website may be restricted to registered users, and we will not be held liable for any unavailability of our site. Orders with a minimum value of Rs 1000/-, exclusive of delivery charges, are eligible for acceptance by us.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us acknowledging receipt and acceptance of your order.
Storage and shelf life instructions for all products can be found in the product descriptions on our website. Payment must be received in full before the order is processed, and terms and conditions will become effective upon receipt of payment.
Delivery costs will be added to the total amount due before order completion. A confirmation of payment receipt will be sent to you. Payment must be made using one of the methods available at the time of placing the order.
Milost will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery if the payment card issuer refuses or does not authorize payment. Order placement must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the desired delivery date, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Monday to Sunday.
We cannot guarantee the quality of our products if proper storage conditions are not upheld by the recipient after delivery. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, they may differ from the images presented on the website and should be used for representation purposes only.
Milost currently delivers within Mumbai city for a delivery fee. Delivery outside Mumbai and internationally is not supported at this time. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the recipient’s information (name, contact details, address, building name, flat number, wing, etc.) is accurate and complete for successful delivery.
Deliveries will be made within the specified time slot, and any delivery made outside of this slot does not entitle the customer to a refund. Cancellation and Refund Policy Milost reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances: Orders may be cancelled by notifying us by 9:00 AM one day prior to the scheduled delivery date. A refund will be processed after confirmation of cancellation. No refunds will be given after this period. Inaccurate or incomplete customer address information Errors in product listing (price, specifications, quantity, etc.)
Unavailability of the product If the delivery location falls in a non-serviceable zone or outside of our delivery area, the order may be cancelled. Replacement Policy Ownership of the products is transferred to the customer upon receipt of full payment. Once delivered, the products are at the risk of the customer. We do not accept replacements or refunds for products that do not meet personal taste preferences.
If the delivered products are damaged, incomplete, or different from the ordered products, please contact us immediately for replacement. An investigation of the case will be conducted. Milost will not be held liable for any complaints raised after 24 hours of product receipt.
In the case of damaged goods, the customer must retain the damaged products and packaging for inspection by us. Based on the outcome of our examination, a store credit for a partial or
